360-degree Leadership assessment
To stay competitive organizations need leaders who have an accurate picture of their leadership abilities. I use the Global Executive Leadership Inventory (GELI) in my coaching practice to help leaders gain an accurate picture of their leadership performance. The GELI is a 360-degree online assessment tool that is designed to help executives evaluate their performance by considering the twelve key tasks implicit in the executive role.
What does the GELI measure?
Developed by internationally renowned business scholar, Manfred F.R. Ket de Vries, the Global Executive Leadership Inventory measures twelve competencies in the following dimensions:

I use it as a tool to help you to recognize your strengths and understand where you need to focus your development efforts.

I typically set up the administration of the 360-degree assessment for you and manage the completion thereof through to the report-generation stage. That is when we engage on the content as coach and client to work with incorporating the feedback in your development planning.
I like to involve your direct reports and direct superiors in the process as it allows for further extrapolation of the feedback, builds trust and opens lines of communication.
